I find in the summer months that TJ Maxx has a good selection of higher end suits. I bought one when I was about 13 that I had seen in a catalogue for $50, and I bought it for about $20.

my favorite place to buy bathing suits is in aeropostale... not only do they have amazing colors and patterns... but they are also reasonably priced as well! =]
