Beauty & Style - 26 November 2006

I have medium brown (like a dark tan) combination skin and I have not found a proper foundation, concealer or any other type of makeup yet. Any suggestions? Also, are there any websites that give good advice on how to apply makeup for Indian skin? Thanks!

I have a blue outline of a star on my inner wrist and I don't really like it, looks a bit boring. Would a tattooist be able to do a coverup? I have no idea what they could do to make the design a bit more interesting, What do you think could be done as a coverup for this?

32C is too tight. 34C is a bit loose. I tried 32D, 34B, and 36B but all doesn't fit. I don't know whether they make 33C size bras or where I should get my bras "tailored?"

I used to be able to wear jeans and clothes from stores such as Express, Banana Republic, etc. Granted it would have to be the smallest size they had, but still.

Now I'm finding that sizes seem to be made bigger! Pants are too long and shirts that are supposed to be form-fitting are loose!

So now I find it very hard to find clothes, even from stores that supposedly carry petite lines. (Ie, Banana Republic, Gap, department stores, etc.)

Any suggestions? Anyone else go through the same thing?

I have long (waist length) --very straight hair. I have a couple of friends with hair the same length that have had perms. Their perms have almost completely fallen out, but they can still gel their hair and get that scrunchy, crinkly look. My hair is really thin, and I have been told that I should NOT get a perm. Is there a way that I can achieve this look with no perm?

Okay, so, I used to use Garnier Fructis when I had waist-length hair, and I loved the feel, and it felt well conditioned. I thought, "Hey, too bad the bottles are tiny" I never bought another one since then, because I got it cut and was really hung up on 2-in-1's because they're much quicker to use.

But I was washing my hair today, and I found a Garnier Fructis leave-in condtioner my Mother used, so I decided to use it, hoping I woul get the same reults I did when it was long. But now that I've used it, it feels so dry. But only in some parts of my hair. Like, what? It used to do wonders for my hair, now it drys it out and makes it look, and feel like straw. I don't get it...
