i got my navel pierce a few months back and i really want to change the navel bar to something better...but the balls are screwed on so tightly that no matter how hard i try, i cant unscrewed it....is there any way to unscrew it?

I have already had a tatto at the bottom of my spine and i didnt think it hurt as much as i thought it would. I would like to get another tattoo at the top, and inside my right thigh. Has anyone got one there or know anyone who has and if it hurts, if so how much?
