lemon wedges , i'm a waitress part time and sometimes i have to make tea and wring out the tea bags and they stain my nails a nasty color . I've found that rubbing lemon wedges on them when i get a minute bleaches them back to the normal color :)

white nail polish
superglue which can also make them stronger if you want to grow them longer lol
or if they used to be whiter and are going a yellowish colour it could be a fungil disease in the nail which you can get lemasil tablets from your doctor
