Just like any other place of business Sephora can not discriminate on any person due to gender or preference so the answer would be yes a crossdresser can get a makeup consultation at Sephora..but I recommend MAC they do a better job with blending the variations of skin tones a textures

what do you mean cross dresser like a man dressing like a girl or a girl dressing like a man? either way, they should have the right to a consultation as consumers. if they are interested in the product for god-knows-what reason then the sales person should fully accommodate their inquiry be it sampling, consultation, makeover...whatever. no ifs or buts gay, straight, lesbian, hermaphrodite, tranny, crossdresser or whatever that person is still a consumer--a CUSTOMER! in fact, amanda lepore who is one of the most popular transgender females is a model for mac cosmetics and it doesn't negatively influence macs reputation or sales. the sales person/company should not discriminate people with other sexual preferences/choices or crossdressers because they will and can be liable in court and it will be bad for the company's reputation.
