I like wearing high-heels, but some of the pairs I wear cause blisters and sores on the back of my heels. Should I wear nylons with my heels? Would that help reduce the chafing between the shoe and my skin?

I'm black and i have thick hair and what products (shampoo, straightening irons, etc.) work best. I use a gold'nhot blowdryer with the brush attachment. I GET PERMS for all you smart alecks, but when i wash my hair at home, its never as straight as it can be when i get it done. What products work best?!?

every time i feel my contact coming towards my eye i blink and it gets stuck on my eyelashes or i flick it somewhere. i have hard lenses and i am fine when i get them on and i can take them off perfectly but i just cant seem to get them on. it takes up to an hour to get one on sometimes longer. can anyone help?
