Novelty contact lenses. You can get cat's eye lenses. They look awesome!

black eyeline on top and bottom of lash line.use a qtip to softly smudge the bottom to give it a sexy smoky cat look

wear thick eyeliner around your eyes and maybe try some green contact lenses!
