My friend, you need to talk to someone who can help you with your problems. It isn't unusual to set high standards for yourself, and there is nothing wrong with doing that. But when your standards get too high, and impossible to live up to, then things do begin to get difficult, and it sounds as though you might be edging into that territory.
There's no reason not to like yourself, because you can make yourself be anything you want to be. You have a whole wonderful future ahead of you, and you don't want to jeopardize that.
You don't say how old you are, but if you are still at home, talk to your parents. If you can't talk to them, talk to a guidance counselor at school. If you are on your own, ask your doctor to recommend a psychologist or a psychiatrist who can help you work through this. It seems overwhelming right now, but it isn't really, and with a little help from a trained professional, you can overcome the thoughts you have.
You don't have to compare yourself to anyone else. You are just the way you were meant to be, so relax and enjoy what God has given you.
PS -- a small penis doesn't mean a thing. Some of the world' greatest lovers haven't been the most generously endowed. There is an old song that goes: It's what you do with what you got, that pays of fin the end.... Maybe you should make that your motto.

I think i kinda know how you feel. Sometimes I go a little overboard with the whole "being perfect" thing too!!!!! Sometimes you've just gotta take a time out and remind yourself of all your good qualities(Physical and Otherwise).
Besides when you think about how many people there are in this wolrd that can't walk, or see, or hear or are dying of cancer or aids. It kinda makes you stop and think how ungrateful you're really being. And how much you are robbing your self of a good life by being so hard on yourself. Just be happy to be who you are, and everthing will turn around for you!

You hate ur life. But do you love you? Yes that is why u r frustrated.
You see yourself in others. You tied you in others hand. You must be emotionally free yourself. Do not keep any emotional relationship with others or with past happenings. You are an independent personality. Manifest your real self. There is a purpose that you born on earth. Did you ever serched for it. No! Then what u were doing all these years?
I am not blaming u. Still time to start a life.
Goodluck

I am sorry you feel the way you do, and you feel the necessity to compare yourself with others.
If you take any sort of steroidal treatment when you work out this will explain the "penis" issue. As for the rest...
People come in all shapes and sizes... not all girls like guys with muscles, thin, etc... I personally like guys in the medium category, not thin, lean, or skinny. To me, a real man has meat on his bones; because they are "real", passionate, and are great to snuggle with.
The fact you are willing to discuss your issues and depression is great. Speak with your doctor or see a therapist about the depression, this is real and there is help out there.
Good luck.

Have you heard of Body Dysmorphic Disorder. I recommend you visit the website below for more information and there is a mesasge board there that you can post on.
I'm sorry you are at a very low point. I think you should go to see your doctor, so that he can refer you to a specialist. Certain medications can really help, along with therapy. Good luck : )
P.S. If you need to talk, feel free to email me. Take care : )

Sounds like you need help and I mean that in the nicest possible way. I think you need to join a charity organisation and put soemthing into the commnity, this way you may start feeling better about yourself as the sense of "good" that you are doing reaches you

Listen Stop hating yourself. Be happy about your body. Don't be Negative. Think Positive Thoughts. Sure we all don't like certain body parts of our self. But at the end, we all have to like ourselves. Gosh Learn to Like and accept yourself.
If you keep having thoughts about suicide, then you need serious help.

You only see what is bad or negative about you. Why don't you try to look at your good qualities. Its not all that bad is it? If you start knowing the good qualities you have then you wouldn't have the problem of hating your life. Change your attitude. It makes a big difference.

Teenage years are a pain in the a$$!
The good news is, it won't last forever!
Usually, it's the ones who struggle through it,
that end up the really fine ones in the end!
Hang in there, you'll be FINE one day.
Trust me.
