Try to get some really better quality high heels. Usually the heel part called the "counter" in shoes terms has a profile of 0.8mm this helps to shape and hold your heels. Next time try to use a hair dryer to reactivated the counter to the shape of your heel. And when buying shoes try to look for upper made of softer skins like sheep skin shoes. Which looks great and very comfortable to wear.

You like wearing high heels, but your feet don't like being in high heels because the human foot was not meant to be walked on in the position that the high heel forces it to adopt.
The back of your shoes rubs on the tendon and causes blisters and sores. Over time, your body tries to protect itself by thickening the skin in that area and producing a special type of callous called a 'pump bump'. They don't go away. But what they eventually do is press on the tendon, which is very painful.
Wearing nylons will reduce the chafing somewhat, but will not eliminate it. And nylons aren't all that comfortable to wear, especially in the summer.
Why not find some attractive shoes to wear for everyday and save the high heels for special occasions, when you want to feel sexy -- unless the heels make you tower over your guy?

I used to wear hills and would always be so uncomfortable! I realized I Wes wearing a size too small. So with inserts that don't let your foot slide down where your toes get all crunched up and the right size shoe your heel shouldn't even rub.

Well, since you already wore the heels, I guess there isn't much you can do about it now. Here's the thing, if you like having attention drawn towards you, you should wear the heels but you also have to accept that there will be people saying things like this. If you just want to be like everyone else wearing flip flops/converse/etc, then go ahead and do that. You should be able to wear whatever you want to wear. If you like something, go ahead and wear it. Just make sure you don't hurt your ankle! Best of luck!

Wear band-aids or first aid tape on your heels. I used to scrape up and bloody up the back of my heels from bad shoes too. This was the only thing that worked for me. Either that or get sling-back heels...shoes that only have the strap around your heel...no back.

get some heel inserts, it will cushion the heel to prevent chafing, I like the gel ones better than the cotton, but try both

They have a bandaid for the back of your heel to prevent that sort of thing. You can buy it at most stores i think Band-Aid makes it. Or Dr. Scholls.

nylons help, but still don't work well. i agree with the band-aid suggestion, that works well for me. i also buy my shoes 1/2 size larger to allow for more room.
