I read this "fact" about sodas:

(this goes to people who usually only drink coke... i usually use to drink 3-4 cans of coke a day and NO water)

---- A person who drinks (that much coke in a day) - stops drinking coke will most likely lose about 15 pounds.... and just by stopping the coke and replacing it with water or juice!!!!!!!
..... i haven't had coke for a month now and i'm proud of it... and i kno i'm not going to just lose the weight like that... i eat healthier... and i've been doing this for a month... i haven't really lost any wieght ... but i feel really good and healthier....:)

ive highlighted my hair blonde many times using professional stuff..like going to a hair lady n such and im wondering if i can use a box dye (a dark brown) without my hair turning all crazy..will my hair take to the box dye or do i have to get it professionally done? any help would be appreciated.

Ok i have really frizzy/curly hair, like a 1/4 of the way down my back and i have sidebands on the left side of my head....what can i do with my hair....it takes me like 2 hours to straighten it so i can't so that...any ideas

Its time for a change. I want to do something to my hair, and I was kind of thinking about getting it dyed red with a few blonde highlights in the front--at a salon, of course. I like that look, but I don't know--would that be good or do you think that kind of look has been done too much?

Ok i died my hair last year adn it was done by a profesinal. I want my full perm back know, but i still have some of my perm (mainly frizz) what would happen if i get another perm now? is it ok? im geting a home perm with a person who always didi perms on her hair so i guess its ok. I just want to know if its safe, i just dont want to damege my hair.

I always say I'm not, some of my friends are emo...gothic...punk... err, whatever they call themselves. Well anyway i'm not sure if i'm gothic or not...
