I had that too, but when I switched eye liner, I never had that problem. I don't usually like liquid eye liner cause it's just all runny, and.. eck..lol
I perfer pencil, no stinging!

The liquid liner always burned my eyes too! like the others say, it must be an allergic reaction, try using a pencil, before you apply it, hold a lighter to it (quickly or it will drip) blow on it a bit and then apply, it will give a similar effect as a liquid but is a bit more manageable when applying.

There are certain liquid eyeliners I have used and they burned very badly - I guess it's an allergy to some dye in there. I can't recall the brand but it was something out of the drug store in a little bottle.

You will have to try another brand. Try some of the cream eyeliners like Merle Norman. Also check out Lancome Artliners and MAC fluidliners.

If you put liquid on the bottom lid, I fidn it extremely difficult. If it's the top lid, it just takes practice. Make sure your eye is completly closed and don't apply too much to one spot. That's how it drips down into your eye. Practice makes perfect.

No. Change brands. You are allergic to this one. I prefer soft pencil eyeliners. They don't get in your eyes.

If it burns the iside you are doing it too close. If it burns the lid, then you are allergic.
