they said than when u use brown sugar after u put soap in ur skin when taking a bath. and rub the brown sugar will whiten ur skin and at the same time making it soft and flawless? have u tried it?

Brown sugar serves as an exfoliate. By exfoliating dead skin your skin will look cleaner thus making you look "fairer". Don't exfoliate too often though, and try using something gentler.
