I don't like the style - the double buckles and I agree with what someone else said - they look cheap.

Well, I don't think it really matter what other people think about it. It all comes down to your personal taste and style. If you like them, go ahead and buy them, WARNING: Not from payless. I bought a pair of shoes from there that turned into "crap" after a month or less and I bought a pair of shoes from Shoe Carnival and I still have them for months now.
But, if you really want my opinion: I don't like how they're "wrinkly" and I think a black color is nicer.... It would usually match more with everything you wear... If you can afford it buy both colors :)

I'm more drawn to the black pair. Now those are what I'm talking about. The red ones are pretty cute, too, but one step too many out of my comfort zone.
