They both contain no talc, oil, or added fragrance, yet the Neutrogena Mineral Sheers are only $12 wheras the bareMinerals are well over $100. I know bareMinerals were the first to come up with it, and I just bought the Mineral Sheers and love it. Is it practically the same product?

Narrowed it down to those two. They're both two-step mascaras and I am unsure of which one to buy... I want the longest most volumized lashes out of one of those, so if you had to choose which one do you think is better?
