I bet you are actually not that big hunny! Don't put yourself down so much. I know it sounds corny but learn to love yourself! Curves rock, i mean nicole ritchie ain't attractive atm is she? If it really bothers you just eat healthily, and do a little exercise. But only do it for yourself, don't ever change because you feel you need to look differently for someone else!

get off that big ol butt and walk away from the computer - and just take a nice walk. Come on - it must be gorgeous outside. Not only that -but you'll burn some calories!

If you think you are fat, why don't you just get on a diet. And try not to put yourself down. If you don't do diets then get another style of clothing.

if your so fat on your avitar use the plus size clothing 1st of all
and second, stop eating junk and eat healthyer foods
then exersise, that will help
and dont call your self names
your beautiful if you tell yourself that
you just need confidence

lol call me a fat *** i weight 97 pounds 13 years old i look great u exercise get a job spend the cash thats some good work outs its on now ***** see ur first mistake was making me mad ur gonna get it now

The bast ans safest way to loose weight is to eat right and exercise. Try not to eat BAD carbs. But also make sure you eat the good ones.
