It depends, is the stubble soft and smooth? Are you sure that the woman would want this? Are you a significant other? If the answers are all yes and it's done in a loving way, it may be a nice way to create an intimate moment. However, if it is done in a rough and aggressive manner, I would tend to pull away and say don't do that again, it wasn't nice and I didn't like it.

My gal hates it and really dislikes teasing; some kind of 'father' thing!
She likes clean shaven saying stubble hurts and why would I want to hurt her?
(I would never hurt her.) Not much fun in the teasing department., ya might say.
Too bad for me; I have to be a little too careful.

All of the stubble that I've come across in my lifetime and has been rough and prickly. So definitely NO!
