Can anyone suggest the best way to get nail varnish on perfectly?

I have always found it difficult to put nail varnish on and get it looking good on all nails so any suggestions would be good.

My sister is a british christian and is married to a muslim, they have a young daughter and son and twice now he's shaved their heads without even telling her and then when she gets home from work she goes mad and he doesn't give her an explanation except for "thats what we do in our culture" and completely disrespects how she wants to bring up their children. I've told her next time to kick him in the nads and say "thats what we do in our culture"! why do they do it?

From the last 2 yrs I am taking a homeopathic treatment and I have took supplements named Forever Royal Jelly and before that
I also tried allopathy ,but all these shows no result.I have a serious problem with acne marks ,it take1 or more than a yr to clear it out.
