You ALWAYS have time. Unless you get less than 8 hours sleep and, have no social life then you do have time. You just have to MAKE time. As for will power, just go strip in front of the mirror whenever you get unneccessary cravings. Also, you could make it a rule to have to eat all of your meals out in public. (You won't want to eat and, look like a pig in front of people. Well, unless you don't care but, I'm assuming you do since you're asking this.) Whatever you do, don't go on a fad diet because even if you do loose weight, if you can't live that way forever you'll just end up gaing it all back and maybe even more. Here's a good start if you're obese: Take a thirty minute walk EVERY day. Even if it's hailing outside you force yourself to walk. (Don't try to stop eating less first, all that does is discourage you from exercising which is the most important part.) Once you've been doing that for a couple weeks you can start increasing that by 10 minutes for a more weeks untill you reach an hour. This is when you should start eating healthier with less caloric intake. All you have to do is google for sites which list the amount of calories in the foods that don't already have the calories listed and, find out just how many calories you are currently getting a day. Don't leave anything out and you'll probably be shocked at just how many calories one person can consume in a day. Try to eat around 2,000 calories a day when you're starting out then once you are in good enough shape to jog you should start decreasing the amount of calories as well. As a rule, after you get up to this point don't exercise any less than one hour per day. I garantee you'll loose weight if you do this. (Unless you have screwy hormones or something. I think you'll need a doctor to help you out there.)
Oh and you don't *have* to eat healthy in order to loose weight. (Although you'll probably get better results if you do. You can't keep on eating the same AMOUNT of food you are now though. Say in a day you usually eat 8 things. If one of those things was your favorite, lets say, a cheeseburger. You could just eat the cheeseburger with diet soda or water and still loose weight because the burger alone only has 1200 calories. Do you get what I'm saying? It's all about the calories.

Well the easiest way is probably putting yourself on a schedule. You need a diet with plenty of fiber, protein, and minerals. You should eat things that will make you full, but not like 40 bags of junkfood. Eat little throghout the day instead of gorging yourself on 2 or 3 meals at breakfast, lunch, dinner. Also, you have to exercise ro you won't lose wight. I reccomend swimming and running/walking. Both are very good forms of exercise and work well to keep pounds off. Also, when you exercise, you will feel helthier and you will have an easier time going to sleep and feeling relaxed. Start out small - go swimming a few laps or walk around your block. Then develop walking courses around your neighborhood, and try running, or try to swim a mile at a local pool. I know it's hard, but you can do this on weekends. Try to walk at least 15 minuts a day - 30 if you can. And a good exercise twice a week should be great. Good luck!

You have to make time and mix your diet into your everyday routine.
First off, start out small. Start eating a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Have fruits and vegetables and cut off on the junk food. This really helps.
Make it your priority to do 50 sit-ups once a day, and get on a treadmill or jog in place if you don't have one, and run as much as you can but don't over exert yourself. Stop when you can't run anymore. Just do this routine everyday and you will be healthier after time.
I hope this helped.
EDIT: Oh yeah, and drink lots of water, because water is needed for chemical reactions within your body. So in other words, if you don't drink water, you won't get anywhere.

Ok here goes but mind you its a healthy diet. Its not fast. It works on each person differnt. It will work and you be the most healthy person ever.
The basic goal is to remove the toxins from our body, thats most of the wieght we have anyway.
Here's what you do.
Eat only fresh fruit in the mornings as for breakfast, the fruits is what helps clean our bodies, you can drink juice if you want but only fresh home made juice ( Not from a can or bottle) Around lunch time you'll want to eat above ground veggies like corn, peas and green beans. Those kind of veggies. These are what gives us energy during the day. Please nothing from a can. They won't do u any good at all.
Supper time you'll want to eat those veggies grown below ground like carrots and potatos. Here's the catch The only thing you can cook is the potatos and I would suggest slowly baking those, Everything needs to be eaten raw. The heat in cooking kills the things we need to make us healthy. Nothing processed at all is allowed you'll be defeting the purpose. only clean water to drink ( no tap water , thats some nasty stuff ) no coffee no tea no beer or whiskey no soft drink of any kind.. Abosolutley nothing that is processed and at your best don't cook any of it. at least if you have to cook it cook at extreamly low heat and not for any lenght of time. Oh you can have peanuts almonds ectt... raw no salt sorry no salt or butter to any foods either.
Your trying to remove the toxins and you will lose wieght. when the body rids itself of all the toxins you should gain a little back to where you are suppose to be.
I hope this helps and keep me posted.

Ask your doctor about getting a gastric bypass. I got it done Dec. 2004, I was 250 lbs. Now I'm 138 & wearing a size 8.....and I eat whatever I want......just itsy bitsy quantities cuz I only have a 2 oz stomach now. If you're 16 and you consider yourself " obese", I would seriously consider the bypass. Do you have Medical insurance? or are you on one of your parent's med insurance plan? If you ask your Doctor to submit a request, the insurance will pay for it. Check it out on the internet. it looks scary but I swear it's easy as pie & you don't have to be afraid of anything...and once you get it done you'll never be fat again....no yoyo syndrome..........they do thousands of these operations a year now and they know what to look out for, etc....., it's the best decision i ever made in my life, and I'd do it again if I had to.

There was a buddy on here a couple of weeks ago that asked that sort of question. He voted me best answer because it seemed to be working for him, and it worked for me as well. Just before your going to eat, or even if you just feel snacky, drink a big glass of water. Not ice water, because that makes you feel more empty, just cold water from your tap. Try this for awhile it actually works. But DON'T make that the only thing you consume because you'll get malnourished and sick. But just before you eat a meal it cuts down how hungry your feeling when you do sit down to eat.

MAKE TIME! Get off the couch! Get that food out of your mouth! Skip a meal once in a while, or eat rabbit food! Carrots, celery, veggies! Cut out the carbs and the calories! Get that soda outta your hand! Get the DIET soda outta your hand, too! Diet is just as bad as regular, or so they say! Get some WATER in you. PLAIN OL WATER!!! If you cant stand the taste, add some lemon in it. It will make it more tolerable.
I wanna see you 100 pounds lighter in the next 6 months! I know you can do it! You gotta do it, for your health, for your self-esteem, for the guy out there ready to sweep you off your feet! He's out there, but you won't find him looking like a whale!

Hi
This really really works so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

May I suggest that the term itself Losing Weight can actually put a person in a negative thought pattern, & subconciously make it quite difficult to actually lose weight.By saying
" I WOULD LIKE TO BE HEALTHIER").You will find by redirecting this another way, that the need to want to do something,is not so much a demand on your self ,but more a need to feel better.Try eating a good breakfast of a light ,but wholsome cereal, a pieace of cut fruit, & a poached egg, for breakfast, try to lesson the carb intake. If you dont like the egg idea, just add 1 pieace of toast with a no fat spread & no butter on it. For lunch a homemade salad, & for dinner fish, and vegetables/ or meat & steamed vegtables. By adding an assortment of different spices to your food, you will learn which ones you like the best.Low salt Soy Sauce is great to add flavour to your food also. You can vary your meals every day, but just leave the butters, creams and excess oil away, instead. steam. stir fry & make sure to eat healthy snacks in between meals, becuase if we dont our bodies, naturally go into hunger mode, & thus making up fat to replenish the food we should be eating.Low sodium, Low fat, make sure you look at the back of the packaging always & see the index chart. Just saying Low Fat on the front of the package is a CROCK, and tends to fool alot of people. I wish you luck on Your endevour to become (HEALTHIER).PS...Try also adding a variety of hebs & spices to your steamed food & stir fry's. I understand, Body image is important to every one, and thats not bad, but to be HEALTHY, is an easier term and name to use as, really deep down inside that is our goal. Being healthy, leads to good health-you feel better & you regain self confidence as well. Loving your being is most important, but also Loving yourself enough to be HEALTHIER,is a fantastic start. Another great way that assists my clients is placing an Affirmation some where where you feel you wont be ridiculed for your goal, by using the term per say(I AM GOIMG TO BECOME HEALTHIER), is a great motivator. Maybe behind your bedroom door if you would like privacy, or better yet explain to your family your goal & place it on the Refidgerator, with lot's of colorfull decorations, this now becomes more fun for you, & is not so much a challenge.Another term that comes to mind is(I DESERVE TO BE HEALTHY).

i think of that the main remarkable concern is that obese people tend to be "emotional eaters", which isn't a good element. Now, in the event that they're continuously being made exciting of, no longer supported, or feeling under pressure to drop extra pounds, they consume much greater, fuelling the cycle. nonetheless others lack the education, intelligence, or materials needed to stay healthful. i think of this explains many obese people. i might say under 30% of obese people "%" to be this form by skill of refusing to freshen up their weight loss software, exericse, etc. I do think of although that in case you have an ingesting affliction (i.e. binging or emotional ingesting), it is your job to hunt for help although. very few each physique is obese because of the fact of genetics or a scientific concern (i.e Thyroid affliction or Cushing's Syndrome), even though it may ensue. people might desire to comprehend that it somewhat is rather well worth the attempt to alter your existence-type...for existence. there is not any rapid restoration for weight help, in basic terms healthful ingesting, small parts, and a good number of on an widespread basis exercising. because of the fact weight problems isn't in basic terms a elegance concern, it desires to be taken heavily. weight problems is suitable to form 2 diabetes (form a million diabetes is a different affliction that isn't preventable), coronary heart affliction, some varieties of maximum cancers, to no longer point out joint issues and allergies. i think of us non-obese people might desire to tread an quite advantageous line...to be supportive of obese people to drop extra pounds on the same time as nonetheless getting them to nicely known the urgency of the placement and inspire them.
