Both are interrelated .Both love each other.The othere is also as both love each other.The second is periodical but the first is always . .

In a marriage, this is a no brainer since there is no choice to make. I love my mate. When either of us wants sex, we are there for each other.
Outside of marriage - not such a good idea. No matter what your intentions, sex can result in pregnancy. That pregnancy leads to either 1) murder of the child or 2) financial obligation to the child until he/she reaches 18. So if, for a 60 second thrill, you are willing to take that chance, you are far less intelligent than anyone imagines.
