What kind of jeans? It depends on what you're talking about.
Sometimes that can look horrid.

If you're already calling it a style than it's common. If it wasn't common then people would just look at you like you were crazy.

Recently a lot of people hace been doing this. If it works for you, then do it. I'm not sure that everyone can pull it off though.
