I always worry about what I eat, how I look, whether other would approve of me...I'm tired of measuring myself by the media's standards...how do I get rid of the constant self battering? I have been dieting for the last month and i have gone from 10.5 stone to 9.9 stone i need to loose another 9 pound. I do the gym 4 times a week i eat 3 helthy meals per day, and i do over 10000 steps a day. What can i do?

Thongs, G-strings, boyshorts, briefs, etc.? I was stuck with just briefs for years (as my parents would buy my underwear for me) and now I want to get nice looking underwear that is still very comfortable, but I'm not sure which style would be the best.

I look snow-white next to some of my "white" friends, and I have a hard time tanning. I go from white to red with no chance of anything inbetween. I'm told the Swiss and Norweigian (sp?) don't tan. I have a lot of each. Suggestions?

I used to have really nice eyebrows like Liz taylor but 1 day i got carrried away with the tweezers and made them really thin and short. Ive not touched them for two weeks and theyre growing back but look terrible. I just want them to go back to normal so i can get them done professionally, but they look so bad im tempted to tweeze them away again. What should i do?

I am obese.

There, I admit it. I'll even tell you WHY. I eat too much and don't exercise enough. I know I do. I try to eat as healthy as I can, some days it's just not possible. Aside from having a decided lack of willpower and motivation to change anything. I am also HAPPY with my body most of the time. I wear clothes that fit, that cover up my most offending areas. My fiancee tells me everyday that I'm beautiful. I have a nice figure, even if in somewhat enlarged proportions.

So kindly tell me WHY I must put up with self-righteous people everyday reminding me that I'm fat, ugly, and generally worthless? And don't give me that bullcrap that you're trying to save my health. YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT MY HEALTH. What you care about is having to watch my thighs wiggle a little when I walk, and seeing my stretch marks at the public pool in the summertime. DEAL WITH IT. I have as much right to exist as you do. And don't pretend you don't have a little jiggle and roll here and there.
