I want some flats. I live on Long Island and I would prefer a moderately cheap pair.

Is there a kohls down there? They have really cute shoes. I though there was a specific area in NYC that had really funky, relatively cheap clothing...perhaps you know what I'm talking about. I live in Central New York so I'm not quite sure what stores you have there, but here we have Journey's which isn't that expensive. Also, if it's a simple flat your looking for, I think payless might be a good answer, too.

I got a cute pair from Payless. They also have the buy one get one half off sale. Maybe you can get 2 then!

Typically at payless and if you can't find any cute ones there i would try DSW both are pretty cheap for shoes and have a lot of variety.

Payless usually has cute, comfortable shoes, and they're always reasonably priced.
