I have been dieting for the last month and i have gone from 10.5 stone to 9.9 stone i need to loose another 9 pound. I do the gym 4 times a week i eat 3 helthy meals per day, and i do over 10000 steps a day. What can i do?

Well done on the weight loss, but do you really need to lose another 9 pounds? It apparently is easy to initially lose weight but to get rid of the last few pounds is quiet hard. If you want to lose it you have to put more effort in. Ask your gym instructor for another program. Your body may be used of your routine. Sometimes a change might help. I am in the same position as you weight wise. The weighing scales also weighs muscle, which is heavier than fat.

keep at it! congratulations...though I'm not sure just how much all those measurements mean....

you can also drink at least 80 oz. of water every day. (your body needs at least 64 oz. to replenish the natural water in your body, to help shed pounds, you need to go over that.) Also, you could add a short workout video once a week at home (i recommend the 8 minute tae bo workout, it's challenging and done in a very short amount of time). You can also go on a walk/hike once a week for at least an hour.

Maybe you are now the right size for you. Height charts are only a guide, and we all have different body shapes. Well done on your achivement thus far. Sometimes by swapping meals around can lead to weight loss e.g. by eating what you have for lunch at dinner time and vice versa. It changes your metabolism, so maybe it's worth a try.

alternate a week on your current diet with a completely vegetarian week in which you eat mostly fruit, vegetables and pulses. if no results show then maybe you have reached a healthy weight and your body does not you want to lose any more.

Don't skip meals and just run for at least 30mins without stopping. Or you can build some muscles because they burn up a lot of calories, you might want to work out your glutes ;)

whats wrong being 9.9.if you use the gym alot you build up muscles and muscles weigh more than fat

if your weight lost has come to a stop then maybe you should change up your excercise rountine. excercise longer or at a higher intensity. drink more water! lots of it

You may change your diet a little. Add running to your excercise.

Easy...wrap clingfilm around your stomach,then go to gym and excercise....loose pounds in no time...good luck.

change your exercise routine, try an rpm class if you have one by you, its almost ganranteed to lose you weigth and inchs
