I am Indian (born and raised in India) and in my experience, i found a good amount of the Indian American women to be shallow and superficial. Maybe, it's because of the cultural and environmental aspect. So, if that is your personality and you can mesh with that then i am sure you'd get along with those types. I on the other hand, have found women born in India or other countries to be more genuine and down to earth (generally speaking). So, all this depends on each persons subjective experience and this was mine.
