I am a guy, and I went to a new hairstylist this week. She messed up my hair big time, and now it's really ugly and short. Is there any way I can make my hair grow faster?

whenever i do pretty much any physical activity i start sweating from my head and hair. The sweat comes out in huge drops from my eyebrows and can be incredibly embarrasiing.
