your question is too general. the best cleanser depends on the skin type.... not the skin color. go to a department store and let them analyze you. you don't have to buy anything if you don't want to.

I just use the same cleansers that everyone else uses and they seem to work fine. I don't understand how cleansers could make a difference with skin color. Foundations and makeup, yes, but facial hygiene products?
