I don't know what to do any more. I have absolutely no self - esteem, and it's tearing me apart. Please help.

I've tried being positive and getting my hair and nails done. But nothing has worked for more then 24 hours. I always compare and I cant stop.

Tell yourself every day that you are beautiful, inside and out. Don't look to other people to validate you. Think about all the things about yourself that are positive, and focus on those. Don't compare yourself to other people. When negative thoughts creep in, refocus on the positive things. As you begin to like yourself and gain confidence, other people will be drawn to that.
You can also try reading some books at the library on self esteem. Don't give up, you're worth it, it just takes time to "re-program."

Do you feel down about your looks? Treat yourself to a shopping spree. Get your hair done. Go to a spa and get a facial. Get your make-up done. You deserve it. It is absolutely amazing what these things can do!!! Do you think all those girls on T.V. just woke up and looked that way? No way! You can do it too and I bet you will look just as HOT! I know this won't solve everything but at least it will make you feel better for now.
