a photo album that can hold 5x7's? Do they even exist? I don't mean the kind with sticky pages, I hate those. Eventually the stickiness wears off and the photo's slide off of the page. I am talking about the ones that you just slide the photo into the page. Does anyone know of any stores that carry these? I have tried Kohl's, Michael's, bed, bath and beyond, and target. Am I asking for something unattainable?

I am so frusterated! Does anyone know where I can find a camera store where I can buy accessories for my photography one class in Florida? If you don't know where one is in FL do you know where a good SAFE store is online I can order from. I have been looking for something for a few days and just can't seem to find anything! Anyone that has tried shutterfly, please let me know. Also, let me know your opinions about photos from the kodak photolab at wal*mart, ritz, and other places taht make photos. I don't particularly favor the wal*mart photolab b/c of their editing machine--I'd do better on my own computer and I don't even know how to do the fancy stuff. Let me know soon b/c I've got some shutterfly coupons and I got to use them before they expire or know to not use them at all. Thanks!

After doing some research on how to clean an SLR lens, I found that the most common suggestion is to use hot breath and a microfiber cloth to clean the lens in a circular motion. This appeared to work at first. However, after careful inspection, very slight streaks were visible when the lens was viewed underneath sunlight or a bright halogen lamp. In other conditions, these streaks are not visible. The picture quality does not seem to be affected, but I can't help thinking that there has to be at least some picture degradation due to these streaks. Am I being a obsessive? Is there any way to remove these streaks? I just purchased this camera a week ago (a Nikon D40 with lens) and I want to keep it in pristine condition for as long as possible.

I am thinking that the streaks are due to a dirty microfiber cloth. Would washing the cloth be a good idea? If so, what should I clean it with? What should I avoid cleaning it with?

Im not the main photographer at this particular wedding, but what are the best filters to have when taking an outdoor/indoor wedding. the wedding will start around 6pm. plenty of light available. Ill have a diffusion filter, but will not photograph the entire wedding in that filter of course, but should i get a:

UV haze?
Skylight 1A?
Neutral Density?
other suggestions?
what about for indoor, i.e. reception, dance, etc. ?

My friend and a few of his friends asked me if i'd do some photos, both group and couples. They requested because they're aware i'm short on cash, but am rather handy with a camera... the problem is that they asked me what i'd charge, and i haven't the slightest idea what the going rate for a "middle-class" photographer is!
