It's been artificially colored to be blue; it's a type of wild lily from the Amaryllis family (Amaryllidaceae), and in the real world, it's bright red or orange; hybrids can be yellow, pink, red, white, etc., but you don't see blue or purple naturally in this species. They're often called spider lilies or rain lilies. They'll pop up after a rain storm in Texas; I used to be fascinated by them as a kid. :-)

Dances With Unicorns is right, we call them spider lilly. They are small and usually orange with spots or yellow. Pretty little flowers, they grow on stalks in clusters.

I did not read your entire post, because it is not for me to tell you about your dream. I can, however, answer your question with this: If you believe that God gave you the dream, then you need to ask God about it. Not a bunch of strangers on the web. If you believe that someone who is in the occult is practicing some sort of satanic mind control on you, then you need to talk to God about it. If you believe that this is some desire in your own heart and mind that is producing dreams, then you need to talk about it to God.
