I am trying to do a project on a person who changed America, and I'd like to do an artist, but I can't find anyone whose art I like! I love modern art, and people's who's art raise questions in your mind. If anyone has any suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I want to represent my art at an art festival. It's just that there are tons of festivals and shows here, but I never see application information. Is there a newsletter you need to subscribe to? a web site? I know that some are juried, but still, I don't know where to find the initial contact info.

I think this may have been in Devon or Cornwall. Desperately want one for my neice who's Christening is in 2 weeks. Basically this bloke takes a photo of sunrise every morning every day of the year and you can order by day.

is it considered rude or something of the such. i would like to advertise that i need models in the long island area and would like to make a posting with all the details. 1. How do you blur the background so that the focus is only on what it's meant to be?
2. I want to add an orange or green tint to all the photos (they're all in greyscale), how do I do this?
3. I know how to put things into greyscale by going into channels and selecting either red, blue or green; but how do you make one part of the picture the normal color, and the rest greyscale?

I saw a painting of a princess by her throne (either seated or standing in front of it), knighting a man (I saw it online once, and then I saw it displayed on a wall once); I really want to know the name of this picture or where I can buy it! The general colors and style was similar to the following picture:
