I've always beileved that we all have a Guardian Angel, who is there for us, but only if we actually ask for help. Does anyone have any experiences on either seeing, or being helped by an angel? Or has anyone out there got any para normal experiences to talk about?

Looking forward to the replies!

Nigel. Leeds, UK.

Are there any throughout history thta have changed the way society worked, or at least affected the conscious of the people? I know there are some, and I can name quite a few for every one of the above. But what are the first few that jump into your mind?

A hidden truth,
compressed by fate.
A hidden heart,
buried in dust.

Darkness and light,
under one roof.
Under one sky,
hid in battle.

Roses are red,
violets are blue.
Humans are sweet,
That's sooo not true.

Ok, I admit this is not one of my best poems, I think there's soemthing wrong with lines 4 and 8. If you have any suggestions, please just tell me.

a lovely night,
under full moon.
simple silence,
very dim light.

for once,
darkness is good.
simple silence,
in a good mood.

One person's heaven,
another's rest.
somple silence,
silence is best.

I know, I know, I'm not used to writing these type of poems...

I trust you,
a lie.
a red rose,
good bye.

a world,
full of lies.
should I live,
or should I die.

Okay, remember, I am playing around. But, this poem still has some meanings hidden in it, hope you don't overlook it.

That is a line from the movie version of the Charles Dickens' classic "A Tale of Two Cities".

Sydney Carton uttered those words as he traded places with Charles Darnay, in the process saving Darnay's life so he could be reunited with his wife Lucie (who Carton also loved). Carton willingly went to the guillotine, knowing his sacrifice meant happiness for the people he cared about.

Have you ever felt tht in this life, you have done something as good?

Would some of my story idea(s) be considered a fairytale/ folk tale?
I have a few ideas. Please tell me which one you like better and if they are folk tales or fairy tales...

1) An angel falls in love with a mortal down on earth and she wants to be with him. In order for her to become human forever. She must go down there as a regular human and get a true love kiss in 6days. If she doesn't she gets her wings cut off for good and can never return to heaven again. But if she does get a kiss then she can be human until he dies then she'll be an angel again.

2) A dog falls in love with her owner and a magical fairie lets her become a human but only till 5pm.

3) A wicked mother put a curse on her daughter so she could never be happy so now she is destined to find a cure and meets up with a man and falls in love with her but she could only feel sadness, deppression, anger, ect. Except for happyness

4) A little boy runs away from home after being neglected and abused and falls into a magical forest.

Additional Details

5) A missunderstood witch falls in love with the prince. But later she finds out that whenever she falls in love with someone so deep..once her heart is broken she shall die.

6) A young lady is in love with this boy but she is afraid to love. So when the boy confronts her love to her...she flees and goes into the forest. There she is cursed to be the Angel of death. Bringing death upon those whom she touches.

7) A pack of wolves go on a journey to find a place where they are not hunted and killed because of what they are.

It is a small one and I don't know much it's worth. Does it have any value at all? He took good care of it but when he died his children didn't want it.

Alive or dead. Mine is Oscar Wilde, I just *know* that if we were of the same time and place, we'd hit it off famously *lol*.
