Why is it that many Asian Americans seem to go through an identity crisis upon moving to the United States?

This is strictly based on my observation--- but it seems that Asians (especially of a younger generation) have a hard time just being Asian. What do I mean by being asian? Well, I simply mean upholding family values, religion, etc of their culture. I am bi-racial (half asian).. and I've had no problem adapting, but it almost seems to me that many asians have to pick another race when they're living here. I'd really like to see them just be themselves for a change, and hopefully I can get some asians to respond.

What should i do? i got a tattoo and they messed up on it?

I went in on wed to get a tattoo, this guy that i know said that he would do it for me but never told me that he was an apprentice. so i roll up in there the next day and got the tattoo. when i was getting it done i noticed that one of the letters looked nothing like an L. so i told him and he was like wait until its done. so i did. To my knowledge i found out when i was in 1st grade wat an L looks like. in stead he managed to put an U on it. or something... not sure what. then when i went to pay for my tattoo she was like were not taking money from you and i was like why not and then thats when i found out that the dude was only an apprentice. then the asshole tried telling me i had to pay him 175! after the manager told me he only does free tattoos now... what should i do because i got something permanent on my body and there is no way of fixin a U into an L????

Why is a bottom called a bottom?

I was curious as to the origans of the name 'bottom' used to describe that on which we sit. It appears to be plainly in the middle of our bodies (although often sags rairly low for some unfortunates). Should it not therefore be know as the 'middle' or even 'back bottom'?

1+1=3, he fell from the heaven spot.
His name is still on the wall of that irish pub.
His fame is now one arm and bum legs.
He sacrificed all to sprawl his thesis on walls.
They came with primer and buffed it all...away.
We had not the foresight to see the next...evening.
They lie. Half a wake in the mourning to pity the fallen.
All i have are these frail words that i abuse.
All i have is this culture that is dead to you.
We all look like we stepped on claymore mines.
"Veterans of wars with time."
I find the time to ask for my brother back twice
and the strength not to kill his mother for taking his life.
I take a minute to build a hammer and smash the clock.
They run through these worm holes from the tick to the tock.
I wake up to pull the ticks out before the larva hatch.
All i have to show is baggy pants and this retarded hat.
