the first two answers are pretty right on, but it's important to know the whole chart. a piscean with some more pisces and a bit of earth and a bit more water will be far different than a piscean with quite a bit of fire and air. generally, though, pisceans do tend to be kind, artistic and "dreamy". and if they're a "true " piscean they're quite unique and exotic. :-)

The best way, bar none, to learn their personalities is to talk to them, since everyone is different and astrology is unadulterated poppycock.

Really... I'm not just saying that out of a gut feeling or preference. It's absolutely true. Of course I know, from experience, that will do nothing to change a believer's mind. But you could research it, yourself. Someplace other than astrology sites.
