I have a knife that was given as a gift to my grandfather in WWII when he served in the US Army in Europe as a medic. It's a German Red Cross knife carried by the officers of that service. I tried donating it to the Holocaust Museum in DC, but they didn't want it. Who else could I give this to? I want it to stay out of the hands of any neo-Nazis or something like that. Who else would accept this sort of thing? I'd be fine with selling it and donating the proceeds as well, but again, I wouldn't want it to be purchased by someone associated with the Nazis and their heinous ideology. I don't think my grandfather would care what I do with it, as long as it goes to help people somehow.

What are the reasons for the improvements of the east end due to the killings?
What are the reasons for the improvements not because of the killings?
And overall looking at both sides what is your general conclusion?
