Well, what do you think? Give reasons as to why it is significant and why it was necessary to create the world we have today.
I only want actual historic facts as well, no biblical references or religious tales please.
Thanks.

Were people trying to stockpile as much gas as possible? Reason I ask is that it seems like when the prices were going up so high there would be less purchasing taking place. But obviously that wasn't the case.

It seems that a lot of people are against the Catholic Church. They blame it for the Inquizitions, additude against women, colonization, slavery, etc. I'm sure you've all heard the same things I have. Is the Church really responsible for all that? And haven't they done enough good to balance things out, even just a little?

I'm talking about promotions of the arts and education, the hospitals and missions they have established, and are establishing in third world countries, throughout the world, and other things.

Any thoughts are welcome.
