it was this time period where painters and artists were making all these drawings that were basically religious art. Then one ruler prohibited this kind of art, until one painter decided to sneak a little religious elements in his paintings. The ruler didnt realize this and...that is all I remember

The other side has the wreath also around the edge like this ( ) with the numbers 12 62. There is no other discription on it. I can not find it on the net and have searched numerous websites. Can anyone help please. It was dug up where a house was being built. thanks in advance.
