i'm 13 and i've been dancing sense i was 5. i've done tap, clogging, jazz, ballet (the whole time), and pointe (my first year). next year i'm going to start lyrical/modern. i was telling you that just so you know i do have a dancing back ground. but anyway, i was just wondering how many years of collage does it take to become a dance teacher? and are there any kind of degrees or certificits required to teach dance?
thanks a bunch!

There are different kinds of dancing waltz, fox trott, pelican tango, tango, salza dance, bharath natyam, salza dance, wrap etc; etc; what do people get out of it other than some exercise and some disciplined time together? synchronous with the music, may be it is interesting to watch all those tangos and all. Please explain the spiritual content behind western and eastern dance forms.

I'm looking to hear your experiences with this device and ordering from the company. They are located in Spain.

It is a clever device used to stretch your feet and improve your arches.

I'm looking to choreograph a Hustle routine for the performance group I direct. I want to use a disco song that has a really great upbeat feel to it. I love songs like "You make me wanna Shout!" because that can really get the crowd into it, but it just doesn't have the right beat to it.

Also, I am putting together a Waltz routine, can you name any good, classic waltz songs?

I am in a talent competition for the National American Miss Wisconsin pageant. I study Tap Jazz and Ballet. I am not sure what style of dance I am going to do but I need some songs. All songs must be under 2 minutes long. If you could give me at least one suggestion for each type of dance that would be great.
