people think I am funny, but it's actually hard work!!! I put a scarf around my waist and dance, and have cd's to learn from, anyone else do this too?

you bet, belly dancing is fun and sexy to watch< but its hard work, i live for belly dancing now have been dancing for only one year and there's so much to learn. i love the songs dina, lyalina and the songs by amr diab like ya habibi... i have 4 belly dance teachers kumar, remo, celeste & yuki... & i thank them all

Yes, I do it too!! I take classes twice a week. The rest of the days I practise at my gym in front of the mirrors. Just put in a CD and do my stuff! Practise those sexy moves.Great cardio.And its bye bye to those love handles!!I learn from vcd too.No one had ever thought I am funny,they think I move great.I still have a lot to learn. Love it! Belly dancing is great.Try using a veil sometimes.Its flirty and fun! Continue doing what you do.Cheers!!!

I love it too. I'm part lebanese and thought it would interesting to learn awhile back and am now taking classes twice a week. It's great exercise and I love dancing to middle eastern music.

I love it too! I've been doing it for a decade and I'm not sick of it yet. It's great exercise and makes you feel so good about yourself. I wish I could do it more like I use to but babies and college kind of put a damper on my time schedule but I still manage at least once a week and maintain my bellydance site

Yes. I have not taken a class, but I have used tapes and I do it in my free time. It is a great exercise and so much fun! It is beautiful! I do Greek belly dance.

I want to be able to. I dance to Darrin's Dance grooves sometimes and then to other music I hear but I have never had the privielage of learning how to belly dance.. I wish i have.

I enjoy dancing but only to hip hop, girl I can get down.I bet you can too! keep doing what you enjoy.
