Where can I find a stripper aerobics class in Michigan? I am getting married and I think this would be so fun to do with girls.

in flat ballet, i can only do about 2 or 3 turns each time. (on a basic piorette) and i'm pretty sure my center's tight, and i'm spotting pretty fast... anything else i could do?

Okay. I just transferred to a public school from a private one, and nobody is allowed to grind at a catholic private school, you'lll get banned from future dances and most likely, a ton of detentions. and so i have no idea how. i have seen people grind, but i wasn't really paying attention, so i don't remember. please help!!!!

I just started taking dance lessons(jazz, tap, and ballet) this year. I have ALWAYS wanted to, but just now could. I LOVE it so much and want to get really good, but I am 16 and just now starting. Is this possible if I work really hard?

I play basketball for my school team but recently i've been playin myself too hard because last saturday my back muscles were a little too tight and started spasming. I saw the doctor and he gave me some muscle relaxant and said i shouldn't take part in any strenuous activity for 3 weeks. However, i have a dance at my school in 3 days and I was really lookin forward to goin...do you think if i continue to rest my back that I'l be able to dance a week after my back spasm even though my back is still sore?

Hi. I have a dance coming up on friday ( first one) and I was wondering, how exactly do I slow dance. I know HOW, but could someone explain to me where do I put me feet, like are they supposed to be offset or outside of hers, etc. If someone could just explain all of it, that would be great. Our student council puts on a "Favorites Dance." It's always held near Valentine's Day so we need a theme that that relates to Valentine's Day. We are in much need of ideas for themes. Last year it was "Viva Las Favorites" the year before it was "Denim and Diamonds." I'm blank now. I really need some help so if you can that would be GREAT!
