straighten the knee of your standing leg completely- imagine its like a tree trunk that goes all the way up through your body.
when beginner do pirouttes they always think to lift up (its understandable, with the straight back and relevé), but you really need to think DOWN- ground yourself, soulders down, itll give you much better balance and youll stay up longer (remember- the tree has roots!)
when you go into your turn, itll be your shoulder thatll get you spinning; if your doing a right en dehors then youll want to bring your left soulder around strong to get that momentum.
also, make sure to not spot a moving object/yourself

make sure that yr bringing yr arm in fast enough and that yr base leg is really locked. other than that sounds like yr doing everything else right. just remember that the only way to do more turns is to practice A LOT and to have a "positive" attitude while turning (if you've got it in yr head that u can only do 3 turns than u probably can only do that many, have faith in yrself!) =)

Stretch ALOT, being versatile is with out doubt between the numerous concerns. distinctive significant element is rigidity, provided that your now no longer going to get your leaps without leg muscle. do no longer purely understanding on one field to help, given which you extremely want all of them. believe me, I actually have a ton of calf muscle, although virtually no quadricep muscle, and it makes it somewhat troublesome to do diverse movements. attempt googling dance stretches and strengthening carrying activities. you're able to additionally pass to youtube and watch unique dance video clips and get a evaluate of what you may properly be doing. attempt to stretch on a daily basis, and do strengthening carrying activities each and every distinctive day. (Doing rigidity carrying activities on a daily basis does no longer enable your muscle to enhance, so there is no element in doing that daily.) additionally consume healthy, provided that your now no longer going to think approximately passable once you purely ate chocolates and additionally then you definitely attempt to bounce.
