Our instinct changes with age and maturity. We know it is not just sixth sense. How much of the instinct is based on knowledge probably is what makes a person Scientific or Superstitious? Does instinct have varied proportions of Gut feeling and Knowledge at different times or is the proportion often the same?

For me:
-Snape was in love with Lily
-Dumbledore is really dead but he agreed with Snape(he couldn't die asking grace...)
-Petunia, she knows something important..
-Snape is good and will die protecting Harry
-Harry will not die(it would be too obvious)
-In the end Harry will win against Voldemort, thanks to the only power he has more then Voldemort(that's important, Dumbledore said it many times)

(ps.sorry for my bad english, I'm italian)

"The meaning of life is arrived at ...by dark groupings, by feelings not wholly understood, by catching at hints and fumbling for explanations."

What does it mean to you?

I am specifically talking about India and Indian magazines but the question is open for all opinions and answers.

Can we blame ourselves for our poor taste in literature or, is it just that a magazine has a certain limit beyond which it is either afraid to or is unable to step out and explore.

Great children's Hindi magazines like Champak, Nandan, Balhans, ChandaMama which used to be published in multiple Indian languages and were loaded with great infotainment and literature when I was a kid. (I am only 19 myself) are still surviving in the market but a GREAT deal of compromise in terms of quality is apparent there. Same is the case with Kadambari, DharmYug (out of print) and other grown-ups' magazines.

What leads to the ultimate downhill fall of a good magazine?

(I am categorizing this question under "Books and Authors" and not "Entertainment> Magazines" because my concern is inclined specially towards literary magazines.)

Lots of "so-called" religious people put god 1st and treat all of his other creations like crap. We lie, cheat, steal and kill each other but claim we worship "god". We smoke, do drugs and alcohol, we over eat and stuff. Where is this "god" when we're doing all this stuff? God put us here on the earth and takes us out when he/she/it is ready. Isn't it up to us to do something spectacular with this time we've been given?

I read somewhere that a person called Rampa, who is accomplished in spirituality, revealled that the egyptians who built the pyramids were more accomplished in science and technology than the people of the present age. They had been successful in making such inventions that they could, sort of... eliminate the gravity of the stones and the stones became pillow-light, so it was easy to build the pyramids.
