I have about 50 bacardi silver bottles that I have been collecting and I wanted to do something artistic with them but I dont know anything to do. I tried stacking them early in the morning and put them infront of the window when the sun was coming up and it looked very good with it shining through but I need another idea. Anyone know anything?

When Enoch Sontonga the man that wrote the first stanzas of the South African national anthem the anthem was calling the blessing of Africa. Why bless Africa not South Africa specifically?Did South African at that time view themselves as citizens of Africa as opposed to just South Africa.

I do portraits, but am unsure as to what are acceptable prices here in the UK. I have sketched two children, ie two separate portraits, on A4 - they took about 5 hours each. Any suggestions? I don't want to over-charge and at teh same time I don't want to sell myself short.

When you talk to people philosophically do you find that most of the time the people you are in conversation with look at you like you are a mental case for giving an educated opinion rather then a smart remark?

I have studied privately for a year, so I have a reasonable foundation. Assume I constantly move through the whole *comfortable* range of the voice. I am trying to develop a beautiful, natural, tension-free sound, and improve my intonation. I am willing to work as much as possible at this because it is a career for me. I'm currently striving for about 3 hours a day, which consists of mainly scales, arpeggios and long tones on a wide variety of vowels. I've done this for about 3 weeks now and have noticed some improvements. My voice does feel tired at the end of the day, but there's no pain or hoarseness. If I can practice more, I would like to. Also, any suggestions on what to concentrate on when I practice? What to think about, and what exercises to do? I want a tension-free sound with a nice vibrato (it only creeps in once in awhile for now). I will resume singing lessons in a few weeks.
No facetious answers please. I think only a professional singer or singing teacher would know.

I would like to try and find a list of some kind that shows what was used for money during the 14th century in Europe. As in what it was called and what it was worth back then from most to least (like a US dollar is worth more then a US quarter).

"Welcome to W.A.R...........................................". ______________________________________________

W.A.R. is an abreviation for a scientific research facility which studies sentient life forms on other planets to understand why do all civlizations grow, expand and then inevitably decline. The above phrase is the first phrase in my story, a welcoming remark uttered by the manager of the facility to a group of tourists, reporters and students who came for the first open-to-public guided tour of the place. The story is a parody, a satire, so I was hoping you could suggest how could i complete the above starting phrase in a way that is funny and informative of the nature of the place:)
Any suggestions?

do we really got the abililty to choose what happens to us? many times i find myself in positions i had no choice in them, it made me think that i am a passive creature who has no control over her path, i mean that my life are nothing but an already written book, and the only thing im really doing is reading what's already written for me, i dont choose my path or create my destiny, i only discover it, afterall, the most imp decidions on my life was mostly controlled by external factors that i couldn't choose, now i beleive that we only have a choice only in whether u'll have a choclate or strawberry icecream, but when it comes to imp things, we have no choice at all? what do u think?
