You can material your self a gift wherein you'll positioned love ideas. You can do a little offers which might be synonyms of "I believe and care approximately You" with out spending any cash, all you have got to do is utilising the matters the receiver like! I love while offers are made at the hands of the giver, do not fear approximately "being affordable" I believe it is greater to do it your self. You can paint or sculpt anything and even write a brief tale, in breve, do anything creative customized for each and every character you desire to make gift and there will have to now not be any obstacle!

What would I do to say "I love you" to a loved one without buying anything? Well, that's an easy one: I would open my mouth and I would utter these words: "I love you". I can do it 20 times in a row.
Cheers.

feed her poetry, woman love that that way you can express or you feel, or if you cant write poetry try and write a love letter as you can do a search on the net for an example love letter as it doesnt take long just time as if you put your time into anything than you know automatically that it is done with love

You want us to do your homework for you...
One way is to go pick some flowers (nothing to buy) and give them to the person.
