Been working for my company for almost 3 years, it offers a complimentary gym membership, no cost to the employee. Just found out today that They are now taxing this benefit, and its retroactive. Not sure if its to when I joined, or when this tax kicked in. I was NEVER notified that I would be taxed for the gym, now they are telling me that I owe 1400. This amount will be added to my net worth. This seems really wrong to me, being that my employer didnt tell me anything until now. Do I have any legal options, or what can I do with this? Is there something in writing saying the employer has an obligation to let employees know this? Appreciate any help..

i have always had beautiful skin but i also have a very high stress leveled job, clerical ,also care for my disabled mom, i have tried proactive that stuff is pure crap, murad burned my face, and so now i am trying dandelion capsules can anyone offer some other suggestions?

For example, the federal government continues to imprison people for the simple cultivation or possession of cannabis.

Has any President of the U.S. ever been charged with violating the oath of office? Hypothetically, if a President in taking the Oath swears to "...preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States..." then through his words and actions shows open, blatant contempt for the document, could a citizen file civil or criminal charges against that President after he leaves office?

My dad loved this movie made in the 70's about hot tubs and life in Marin. He lost his copy and is trying to remember the name and where we could get one. You ever just feel the need to have something at anygiven time? Like the other day this lady was talking about her wedding in a question, they were all mint, chocolet, and cream; so I was like now I want icecream (sorry about that by the way,) then there was the toffe question which made me want it, and then the naked in public question, and I was like "now I want to be naked in public" (kidding, I think.) So what was your want? Why did you want it? What made you think of it? Was there any real signifigance for it? :)

I know that Mormons have an explanation of why Mormonism is new (that it isn't really new but was just hidden for a long time, and that there used to be Mormons back in the day).

What about JWs? Do they have a similar explanation? If so, describe it for me please. :) I mean I guess what I'm asking is, according to JW theology, were there any JWs 1000 years ago? If not, why not? Did they believe as they do now?
