as Bill O`Riley put it: "we expect everyone to support our troops, and if they can't do that, to shut up." what kind of treatment / care has been supplied by our beloved executive branch...what kind of occupational assistance? financial support? they're so eager to put down war-protestors saying that they're not supporting our troops...what kind of message do they send to our troops when they have to fight along side mercinaries who are immune to the same ROE they have to obide by? Does it seem like we're about to have another neglected bunch of veterins?

I am the author of a book which is a collection of my poems. It was publshed by Minerva Press Pvt Ltd, New Delhi India in 1999. I paid Rs. 45000 INR for it's publication. As per the agreement I was to receive the royalty. So many years have passed and I have not received a single penny of the royalty. Few years back I learnt that the press in India clased down it's office.

Now I learnt from some one that my book is being sold at Amazon.com and I dont know about it although I am the author of that book.

What recourse or justice can I get and what should I do? I need advice!!!

How great would it be if Balls Mahoney turned heel and had a mean streak again and teamed up with that heel The Miz? And in a tag team match, they took on that face CM Punk and that heel John Morrison and Miz and Mahoney beat the living hell out of them where Balls gives CM Punk a powerful charishot and The Miz gives Morrison 3 Mizard of Ozes in a row and screams "HOORRAAHHH!!!" in his face down there on the mat? I'd love to see that. It's too bad they've reduced
Balls Mahoney to a face jobber who doesn't seem very good.

I sold a garment on ebay.Then two days later i had an email saying that this garment was bought as a gift for somone else.I should state it was a wedding suit.The buyer said that after looking at the suit ,that there were sequins missing fron the bottom of the skirt.Well when i sent it it was in tip top condition.He is asking for a full refund plus the packaging costs .Can you tell me what my rights are please.Thank you for taking the time and patience to read this.

I have a problem. We may have had a couple of cards go missing in our wishing well after our wedding. I don't want to be rude and not thank somebody. What would be the proper wording for a thank you card to someone your not sure bought you a gift?
