I am most grateful for a year without a death of a loved one, no severe illnesses with any of my loved ones and for the fact that I have met so many wonderful new people, on this site!

For those of you who didn't watch, religious fundamentalist terrorists attacked imagination-land last night on South Park. Today, some of the most highly imaginative R&S users have "died" (been suspended.)

I don't know who "killed" them, but based on the belief systems of those deleted, I would bet money on religious fundamentalists. (I'm not trying to attack religion, I'm just putting forth my own hypothesis as to what happened. If it turns out another group is responsible for the reporting I'll happily apologize to my fundamentalist peers.)

We've lost a cookie monster, a skittle-eating cat, and an Earle, among others. Several R&S users have gone "undercover" to protect themselves. Is our imagination under attack? How do we stop such an attack?

Should we call Chuck Norris?

We have navy and gold window treatments that are way too expensive to change . We have cathedral ceilings. Any recommendations on paint colors. Something to bring in a little light but blend the dark sofas/tables and gold/navy drapes.

for so so long i keep telling people that Brady is better than manning..lets see 3 rings to one..manning had these all star recievers and still couldnt get the job done till recently while Brady had these below average and average recievers and still won 3 superbowls....Brady seem to pick on top defenses why manning chokes and loses...and dont say that there defense was great and got them to 3 superbowls while the colts had no D...its just that Brady can adapt to any weather any stadium any team at any time while manning had tuff times in throwing in wind sleet hail and snow that what made the Pats D looks so good few Championships ago..im not trying to put manning down but hes just a little overated when it comes to the best QB of today

My husband gets FMLA and is able to get up to 6 weeks off when i give birth. I dont work so i dont know how the whole maternity leave works. He said They changed the laws recently and Men get alot of what women get. He said their is a women at his work on maternity leave right now and she is getting paid time off. Does that mean he can get paid time off? Or do you think it all depends on his job. He works for CAT so pretty big corp. I mean even if he doesnt get paid for it i think him being able to have that much time off is amazing! They really are trying to make us equal huh? What do you think?

peroid in 3 years now....I went on the pill and away it went. I had some hormone level tests which were high and my doc said that they were quite high which is indicative that I am NOT menopausal or premenapausal. So just now my GYN called and said she wanted to repeat the blood levels again cuz this is very unusual. I'm going out tomorrow to do the blood tests and it won't be dictated till probably late next week or something. Does anyone know about stuff like this...I'm 45 but haven't had my period in 3 yrs....what's up with that??? Only serious answers please. Thanks in advance!
