Mr Jello and Liberal continually slander James Hansen, claiming that he's taken bribes from Kerry and Soros to...well, then don't specify for what purpose. They're content just to slander James Hansen and leave it at that.

Are global warming deniers so lacking in quality arguments to support their positions that they have to resort to slandering brilliant scientists?

I could spend all day pointing out the flaws in the few skeptic scientists. For example, the fact that Tim Ball lies about his credentials and is really just a geographer, or that Richard Lindzen doesn't believe that smoking causes lung cancer, but I'd rather discuss scientific evidence. I'd rather pick apart what Tim Ball tries to argue rather than point out that he's not an expert on the subject, as he claims.

Would global warming deniers rather slander people like Hansen and Gore than discuss scientific evidence, as appears to be the case? Why do they never discuss Hansen's scientific arguments?

"Why should so many Americans Boo the Iran President?" Lisa425Lisa asks huffily. Apparently she thinks he's cute.

Lisa, in case you haven't noticed, we boo our OWN President.
I think it would be disrepectful to treat a foreigner who's just like him differently.

What do you guys think?

First, I would like to say that the pagans on here always seem very friendly and well-mannered, and don't seem to have a vendetta against anyone. Which is refreshing. I would really like to know what pagans believe, who they believe in, and if possible, why. I'm not trying to compare religions, and I'm not looking to make a change. I am just seriously interested. Thanks.

They were saying he was gonna be the the next Messier. I say he never even came close, and I don't think he should be in the Hockey Hall of Fame because of the way he flipped of the Nordiques when he was drafted, and his other crybaby antics over the course of his career.

Yesterday my car (Nissan Sentra 2004) was sputtering and i took it to the dealership. Well today they told me that it was MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor, and they had to replace it. Since my car was no longer under warranty , i would have to pay $500 just for the MAF sensor and $95 for the technician to install it and since i need my car soon, i agreed to the deal. Well after searching online i found MAF sensors that fit my car for $327(new) at Auto Parts. Any suggestions on whats my best option is (I'm on a tight budget), I plan on picking up the car and paying for everything tomorrow?

Would you rather have a just God who gives everyone (across the board) the freedom to choose Him or not and live your life just as you please?
OR
a just God who (across the board) dictates every aspect of your life to ensure that nothing bad happens to a single person on the planet?

The hands off God gives you the freedom to drink AND the freedom to kill a teenager in vehicular manslaugter when you drive home trashed from your buddy's house.

The controlling God opens up the earth and destroys anything sinful on the spot across the board....no exceptions.

I ask because for all the bristling at the NOTION of God telling them how to live their OWN lives....those are the same people trying to defame God because He DOESNT intervene in OTHER folks lives to stop suffering around the world.

....good grief. .your freedom to DEFY God is the same freedom that perpetrates the EXISTENCE of suffering.

So embrace all the sin your freedom affords or shaddup.
