I've just shaved for the first time and found that I really like the feeling. Now only problem is I have this little 'tuft' just at the very top and it's very hard to trim - any suggestions?

I used a shaving cream and moisturiser after and it feels great cept for this little tuft.

In BC Canada: buyer eager to purchase multiple homes in area, approached me, offered to buy my place, escalating price 3x. Second offer in writing, signed. The *only* contingency was financing. Money was not an issue, evidenced by the many homes he purchased in my area.
After a few months of his efforts to buy, i ok'd the deal privately, countering his offer by email as we had been routinely emailing. He quickly accepted. I did not ask for a deposit due to all his efforts (my mistake).
I found a new home, got an accepted offer via an agent, with contingencies. Within 1 hour of my buyer knowing i had an accepted offer elsewhere, he calls and tells me his brother was not happy with the deal he accepted days ago, and cancelled.
I feel he needs to prove his only contingency, financing. I asked for reasonable effort: 3 banks and the official responses, all which will be shown in court.

Do i have a case? and can i sue to help the other affected folks (seller's agent etc)?

I am 27 yrs. old and I was recently denied federal student aid for college on the ridiculous grounds of not having registered with the Selective Service when I was between the ages of 18 and 25.During that period of 7 yrs. I attempted to join 3 different branches of the armed forces but was rejected every time because of prior felony convictions.That being said,one could reasonably assume that even though I was turned down by each branch,me becoming registered with the Selective Service would've been a routine part of the recruitment procedure.But however,it was not.What can be done about this poor excuse by the government not to help someone further their education? Is there a way around this?

Im dealing with alot of health problems. EXtreme anxiety. I think i have something wrong with my prostate. Im also dealing with lower back problems. I have had problems like this for the last 4 years and NOW im just sick of being sick. I have prescribed anti anxiety medication. and its working well. But at the same time i worry about my body. And im scared its serious. God knows how much i hate hospitals. Please pray for me tonight and for the rest of the week on into sat....thats when i go back for more testing.
