The others are right. The rights to perform the show in it's entirety will not be available for a while and there are some clips available on youtube. However, some schools may perform selections from Wicked for fundraisers so you may want to check into that. Also, tickets for the tour may be obtained for as little as $25 for the seats in the balcony on the side and you can also try for lottery seat tickets which if you're lucky enough to win you'll be sitting in the front row! Check out the info here: http://www.wickedthemusical.com/LA/tickets_wicked_lottery.htm

good luck!

It's still on Broadway... which means that the rights will not be available for a while still. If Broadway or any popular theater is doing a show, the contractor has the right to take away the rights from any company that obtains a rights contract for the show.
So until Wicked stops being on Broadway, you'll have to wait.

I don't know where you are in CA, but LA has their own cast (Elphaba - Eden Espinosa; Glinda - Mega Hilty; Madame Morrible - Carol Kane). The tickets range from $32- $200.

Otherwise you'll have to wait for the tour! Check out www.wickedthemusical.com for tour dates and info about all the various casts.

It's a great show! I also thought $100 wasn't worth it, but I went ahead and paid it when the tour came to the Kennedy Center and I changed my mind - it was DEFINITELY worth it!
