Do you think it's wrong to send ads (i.e. flyers) to businesses in the Chamber of Commerce directory?

I am unable to officially join my local Chamber of Commerce until December or January, but I was able to obtain a Member Directory from them. Do you think it's wrong if I send out flyers about my business to the members.

Definitely not. Think of it this way-some may even really benefit from the product or service you will be offering.

as a business owner, they are prone to telemarketers and they cannot do anything about it.
